MoU Signing Ceremony between TDC and PSU, Philippines

On November 04, 2019, the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between Thu Duc college of Technology (TDC) and Pangasinan State University, Philippines (PSU) was successfully held at TDC.

This is a special event marking a milestone in tightening the relationship between TDC and PSU.
